“Sanskriti Golden Oak Real Estate Private Limited” was placed into Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench, (NCLT) Vide order No. CP No. (IB) No. 107/Chd/CHD/2021 dated 21.12.2021. Mr. Navneet Kakkar, an Insolvency Professional having Registration Number IBBI/IPA-001/IPP01731/2019-2020/12765 has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) by Hon`ble Tribunal Vide order No. CP No. (IB) No. 107/Chd/CHD/2021 dated 21.11.2021 and further, In First CoC meeting dated 20.01.2022, the CoC resolved to appoint and continue the Interim Resolution professional as Resolution Professional on the agendas placed in 1st CoC meeting. The CIRP period of the Corporate Debtor has expires on 19th June, 2022.
On the Insolvency commencement date, the status of the Corporate Debtor in MCA Records was shows as “Strike Off” and the RP filed an application for restoration of name of the Corporate Debtor before the Ho`nble NCLT Chandigarh Bench under Section 60(5) of the IBC, 2016 read with Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013.
